Payments can be made via credit cards, bank wire transfer and PayPal.

The conference registration fee includes beverages and food during the conference breaks and the Social Event on Tuesday, March 14, 2017.

Day Tickets:

13.03.2017: 100.00 €
14.03.2017: 160.00 € (This includes the Social Event.)
15.03.2017: 100.00 €

Author Registration:

All accepted submissions must have at least one paid registration. The registration deadline for long/short paper and poster authors is January 15, 2017. Submissions, which are not registered by the author registration deadline will be removed from the proceedings of the conference.

Conference Proceedings:

The conference proceedings will be made available via Open Access.

During the registration process, you can also request a printed copy of the proceedings (prize: 30.00 €). Please indicate your request during the registration, payment for the proceedings volume will be requested during the conference in March.

Cancellations and Refunds:

• Cancellations and refund requests received on or before Jan. 29, 2017 will be refunded with a 30€ deduction.
• Cancellations received from Jan. 30, through Feb. 26, 2017 will be eligible to a refund of 50% of the paid registration fee.
• For cancellations occurring after Feb. 26, 2017 no refunds can be made.
• Bank administration fee and credit card fee will not be refunded.
